The goal of Simply Enchanting Gifts is to offer quality goods and gifts at an affordable price to you, our dear customer, so that they may be within reach of people of all walks of life. Many, many of our products are available for under $20 or in many cases even under $10.

P.O. Box addresses may NOT be used as a shipping address. Items are shipped via UPS and require a street address. P.O. Boxes maybe used for all other correspondence.
Items should arrive at their destination within two weeks of processing completion (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing usually takes 1-2 days to complete, unless payment is received in the form of an "e-check" (electronic check).
Shipping on orders under $90 will be a flat rate of $10. Shipping on orders of $90 or more will be 10% of the orders retail value.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
To request return authorization, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise will require a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise must meet the following requirements:
Non-Defective:
- Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are NOT RETURNABLE.
- Sample items are NOT RETURNABLE.
- Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
Items with Guarantee or Warranty:
If an item comes with a guarantee or warranty, please follow the directions included with the item for repair or replacement.
Items Damaged During Shipment:
Items damaged during shipment are returnable. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY to process your return. All prodedures set forth by UPS must be complied with or the claim will be denied.
Other Important Information:
If you pay via e-check, your order will be placed on hold until the funds clear (up to 7 working days). Once funds are cleared, the order processing will commence. If you are paying via Credit Card, Debit Card, or avilable PayPal funds, regular order processing will ensue (usually 1-2 days; not including Sundays or Holidays).
